The Junior Academy programs at Windward Lake offer a clear pathway for competitive junior players, from Pre-Academy development to full-time Academy training. With a strong national reputation, players build their game through structured practices, fitness, and high-level tournament competition. Our Academy prepares elite athletes for Division I, II, and III collegiate tennis—and beyond—through comprehensive daily training and a proven record of success.
Pre-Academy (Ages 9 & Up)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Options Range from: 3:00pm-6:00pm, 4:00pm-7:00pm & 5:00pm-7:00pm
Our Pre-Academy program continues to have an excellent reputation throughout the country. One of the biggest compliments we have are WOM referrals. We continue to grow these groups with excellence! Players in this group are playing tournaments and continue to work on their ranking and overall game to compete at the highest levels. Most of the Pre-Academy players move to Academy once their schedules allow early release options.

Academy (Ages 12 & Up)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm
The Academy is designed for high level players who desire to play Division I, Division II or Division III Collegiate tennis. These players train 5 days weekly with 3 hours on court and 1 hour of fitness daily. Some players from Academy have moved on to play on the pro tour while others have committed to top DI schools like UGA on full athletic scholarships.
The athletes in Academy demonstrate high levels of athleticism, technique and competitive play. Academy players compete in high level tournaments throughout the year seeking best overall rankings to be recruited by colleges. They arrange early school release, some are home schooled, and others are enrolled in hybrid schools to attend our Full Time Program.
