GATE ACCESS

As we are preparing to install the new entry gateway system, we have a few updates to share regarding the entry process.

January 1, 2023, only The Club at Windward Marina members who are registered in our new security system will have access to the Marina Docks.

If you are a Marina Member who has been sharing the Marina Membership Experience with extended family and friends by sharing your membership dues and fees, (co-owner) these additional individuals will not have access to the Marina Docks due to the new security system. They will have to become a MEMBER OF THE MARINA Division. Therefore, please contact Danielle Philips at marina@windwardlakelclub.com The new/existing Co-owner members will be required to register in our new security system.

If you are a Marina Member who has been extending the use of the Marina Membership Experience by extending access to the Marina to non-registered guests / renters of your boat, these individuals will not have access to the Marina once the new entry gateway system is installed. As a reminder, the marina rules as sent out in January of 2022 specifically states: The Slips are property of The Club at Windward, therefore the membership agreement and the rights granted hereunder are personal to a Marina Member of The Club at Windward. A Marina member may not assign all or any part of its rights under this Agreement, or otherwise sublet or Sell the Designated Boat Slip, or any part thereof, without the prior written consent of The Club at Windward, which consent may be withheld or denied at club’s sole discretion This membership agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of The Club at Windward and its successors and assigns.

If you are a Marina member who is interested in having a Co-Owner, the Co-Ownership Membership Category is designed to offer this option to all Marina Members. Therefore, please contact Danielle Philips at marina@windwardlakelclub.com to discuss the newly launched Co-Owner Membership Category.
